Salisbury City Manager David Treme presented several new areas for proposed annexation to the City Council Tuesday afternoon.

The staff is recommending annexing land:

* South of the airport and west of U.S. 29.

* Along Harrison Road where Food Lion has a distribution center and warehouses.

* And along the north side of Old Mocksville Road, across from Country Club Hills.
