John Lee Justice

John Lee Justice, 81, 1615 Summit Ridge Lane, formerly of Huntington, W.Va., died Friday (Jan. 26, 2007) at his home.

Born Nov. 28, 1925, in Logan, W.Va., Mr. Justice was a son of the late Everett A. and Molly Victoria Frye Justice.

He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II and retired as a pipe-fitter with Local 521 Plumbers and Pipe-Fitters Union, Huntington, W.Va. He was also a member of Lane Street Church of God.

Survivors include wife Marion Frances Adams Justice; daughter Dana Russell, Concord; son John Justice, Marietta, Ga.; brother Doyle Justice, Huntington, W.Va.; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

A local visitation was held Saturday (Jan. 27, 2007) at Lane Street Church of God. The body was then taken from Lady’s Funeral Home to Schneider-Griffin Funeral Home, Chesapeake, Ohio.

A service was held Tuesday (Jan. 30, 2007) at Tenth Avenue Church of God, Huntington, W.Va., conducted by the Rev. Keith Whitt and the Rev. Wade Easom. Burial, Forest Lawn Cemetery.
