CONCORD — Harold June Harris, 70, 2700 Penninger Road, died Sunday (Jan. 21, 2007) at his home.

Born Feb. 2, 1936, in Henry County, Va., Mr. Harris was a son of the late Thomas Raymond and Irene Minter Harris.

He retired as a driver with Viking Trucking, Charlotte, and was an avid fisherman and member of Concord Church of God. He attended Maranatha Worship Center.

Survivors include wife Hazel Helms Harris; daughter Donna Hendley, Concord; and two grandsons.

Services: 2 p.m. today (Jan. 24, 2007), Lady’s Funeral Home, conducted by the Rev. Marvin Goodnight and the Rev. Roby Walker. Burial, Carolina Memorial Park.
