SALISBURY – Elza Lannes Loflin, of Fabregues, France, formerly of Salisbury, died in Fabregues, France, on Dec. 7, 2006. Born May 30, 1923, in Minas Gerais, Brazil, she was the mother of Tina Loflin and Toni Loflin of Salisbury. Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced at a later date.
