MOCKSVILLE – Willie Joe Gadson, 48, of 4040 U.S. 601 South, died Thursday, Dec. 14, 2006, at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem. & lt;br & gt; & lt;br & gt;Mr. Gadson was born to Willie and Lorene Boyd Gadson on Jan. 20, 1958, in Winnsbor, S.C. Educated in Davie County, he served in the U.S. Army. He was last employed by Cohen Roofing and Metal Company and attended Locke Street Church of God. & lt;br & gt; & lt;br & gt;He was preceded in death by his wife, Rose Harris Gadson, on Nov. 8, 2006. & lt;br & gt; & lt;br & gt;Surviving is a son Joseph Gadson; children that were special to his heart, Tiffany and Malcolm Crawford and Ray John Harris; brothers James and George Gadson of Mocksville; sisters Jacqueline Gadson of Vicksburg, Miss., Mary, Helen, Shirl, Janetta, Tamika Gadson and Patricia Gadson Tucker, all of Mocksville. & lt;br & gt; & lt;br & gt;Service: The service will be Tuesday at 1 p.m. at New Beginning Community Christian Church with Elder Pastor Eric Hendley Sr. officiating.
