GREENWOOD, S.C. – Loretta Basinger Flora, 64, formerly of Salisbury, died Saturday Dec. 9, 2006 at Hospice House of Piedmont. Lyerly Funeral Home is handling the arrangements for Mrs. Flora, which will be announced later in the week.
