A Davie County court has dismissed rape charges against a Salisbury man.
Stephen Munga was accused of raping a woman at a Mocksville group home in April 2010. He was charged with second-degree rape.
According to police reports at the time of the alleged incident, the incident occurred at Pleasant Acre Group Home in Mocksville where he worked.
The court dismissed the case, ěafter full review of the evidence and interviewing witness, there is insufficient evidence to conduct a trial,î court documents stated.
