The rail track crossing arms at the intersection of Klumac, Fulton and Main streets in Salisbury were reported to be stuck in the down position as of about 2:30 p.m.

A person at the scene told the Post that the arms had been stuck down for about 20 minutes, and that people were beginning to drive around the arms.

Robin Chapman with Norfolk Southern’s public relations department told the Post that a supervisor had been notified.  He could not say when the problem would be resolved, but that they were working on it and it would be fixed as soon as possible.
