Officers from Concord and Kannapolis police departments are trying to find a missing 14-year-old.
Alyssa Dane Spears, 819 Clarence Jordan Court, Concord, is 5 foot, 2 inches and 140 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She has a scar at the center of her nose.
She was reported missing from home April 5 when she left a note. But family members last spoke with her Wednesday at approximately 6:30 p.m. by phone.
She was seen April 5 on video at the Wal-Mart SuperCenter, 2420 Supercenter Drive, NE in Concord.
She was last seen wearing a yellow sweater, blue jeans and flip flops.
She may be in the Randleman area.
