The Rowan County Sheriff’s Office charged William Advier Robles Torres, 25, of the 1000 block of Starhaven Drive, with one count felony breaking and entering and one count felony larceny.
Investigators said someone took a washer and dryer, refrigerator, dining room chairs, a metal fireplace and indoor heater, a warrant said. The home is also located on Starhaven Drive and was broken into Aug. 31. The stolen property was valued at $2,000, the warrant said.
The home was used as a rental home. Torres remains in the Rowan County jail under a $25,000 secured bond.
