A Salisbury man was charged with sending obscene material to a teenager and with improper touching.
Billy Lee Eidson, 51, of 924 W. Horah St., was charged with three counts indecent liberties with a minor and six counts disseminating obscene materials to a minor.
Rowan County Sheriff’s officials said the girl was 13 at the time of the incidents and known to Eidson.
The incidents occurred over a three-month period.
