In Sunday’s edition and in an article by Terry Stoops about the education funds from the state and federal government (“Will state courts order lawmakers to make money appear magically?”),  he ended by saying there is no resolution, but it appears there actually is a simple resolution.

The money is already there. Just put the money where it’s needed to bring up the low-performing areas. Don’t just throw the money at the entire system, which isn’t working. Place the money where it is needed to bring up the low-performing students.
