In observance of Labor Day, several Rowan County services will be closed.
County landfills, recycling centers and the processing center will not operate. The Rowan County Environmental Mangament Office will also be closed.
The Rowan Public Library will be closed Saturday through Monday.
The J. Newton Cohen, Sr. County Administration Building, 130 West Innes St. will also be closed Monday.
