Randy and Maria Bailey of New Philadelphia, Ohio are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Marisa Bailey, to Matt Clements.

The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Renee Parson and Treva Bailey, both of New Philadelphia, Ohio. A 2006 graduate of Tuscarawas Central Catholic High School, Marisa graduated summa cum laude from Ohio University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management. She is employed at Game On! Recruiting.

The future groom is the son of Butch Clements and Elaine Hewitt of Cleveland. A 2004 graduate of West Rowan High School, Matt earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2008. He is employed at TRANZACT.
