– Outreach Christian Ministries will host its 2009 Ministers and Leaders Conference Thursday through Saturday. The theme is “Heaven on Earth ó The Year of the Manifestation.” Services beginning at 7:30 nightly are free and open to the public. Registration and a $20 fee are required for Saturday’s session, which includes breakfast at 9 a.m., worship at 10 a.m., lunch, workshops, conference materials and door prizes.
