Rowan weather: Did someone say snow?

We’re in for a whirlwind of weather over the next few days, very March-like.

Today we’re starting off below the freezing mark, and can expect mostly cloudy skies with a high of 49. We have a 30 percent chance of rain, mostly after 4 p.m. Wind will be calm for a bit, then blow from the east at 5-8 mph.

Tonight the chance of precipitation is 90 percent, and could include snow. The low will be 34. Expect patchy fog, as well. North winds will blow at 6-8 mph. Little to no snow accumulation is expected.

Friday morning has a 30 percent chance of more rain and snow, but the day will become mostly sunny, with a high near 52 and north wind at 7-10 mph. Friday night will be clear and cold, 32, with calming winds.

Saturday will be mostly sunny and 55, with winds picking up from the southwest at 5-8 mph. A 20 percent chance of showers moves in Saturday night, with a low of 35.

Sunday will be sunny and 58, with a low of 36.

Monday will be mostly sunny and warmer, with a high of 62 and a low of 43.

The high will climb to 69 on Tuesday with mostly sunny skies. the low will be just 51.

And Wednesday will be partly sunny and 70.
