The Saleeby-Fisher YMCA is offering a lifeguard class.

Candidates must be at least 15 years old before the first day of class. They must meet the requirements and prerequisites and attend all class dates and times.

They will be expected to show competency in all required skills and activities.

Upon completion of the course, each participant will receive as American Red Cross Universal Certificate for Lifeguard Training/First Aid/CPR/AED, which is valid for two years.

Session 1 is March 6-14; session 2, April 17-25; session 3, May 15-23.

Lifeguard review course dates are Friday, April 10, 5-7 p.m., and Saturday, April 11, 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Session 2 will be Friday, May 8, 5-7 p.m., and Saturday, May 9, 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m.

Cost is $190 for YMCA members, $220 for potential members. Payment is expected at the time of registration No refunds will be given.
