In Salisbury Police Department reports:

  • Shoplifting occurred in the 300 block of South Arlington Street between 8:38 a.m. and 8:59 a.m. on July 5. The total estimated loss was $37.
  • Vandalism occurred in the 600 block of South Shaver Street at 3:10 p.m. on July 5.
  • Shooting into occupied property occurred in the 600 block of South Shaver Street at 12:57 a.m. on July 6.
  • Shoplifting occurred in the 300 block of South Arlington Street at 10:29 a.m. on July 6. The total estimated loss was $96.
  • A larceny of a bicycle occurred in the 1700 block of 1st Street at 3 p.m. on July 6. The total estimated loss was $100.
  • Possession or concealment of drug equipment or paraphernalia occurred in the 300 block of Faith Road at 2 p.m. on July 7.
  • Shoplifting occurred in the 300 block of South Arlington Street between 4:13 p.m. and 4:45 p.m. on July 7. The total estimated loss was $89.
  • Shoplifting occurred in the 1600 block of South Main Street at 10:05 p.m. on July 7. The total estimated loss was $18.
  • Tyjae Nikili Polk, 22, was charged with misdemeanor resisting, delaying or obstructing a public officer on July 5.
  • Sylvia Quantina Dunn, 41, was charged with misdemeanor second-degree trespassing on July 7.

In Rowan County Sheriff’s Office reports:

  • A larceny from a building occurred in the 5800 block of Bertie Avenue between noon on July 2 and 8:30 p.m. on July 4.
  • An assault with hands, feet or fists occurred in the 5400 block of Old Mocksville Road between 6:30 p.m. on July 4 and 1:19 a.m. on July 5.
  • A larceny occurred in the 2800 block of Oddie Road between 9:58 p.m. on July 4 and 8 a.m. on July 5. The total estimated loss was $20.
  • A larceny occurred in the 400 block of Autumnlight Drive between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. on June 28. It was reported on July 5. The total estimated loss was $142.
  • A stolen vehicle was recovered at Leach Road between 9:44 a.m. and 10 a.m. on July 6.
  • A burglary by forcible entry and vandalism occurred at N.C. Highway 801 between 3:10 a.m. and 1:25 p.m. on July 5. It was reported on July 6.
  • Forgery by using or uttering occurred at Sherrills Ford Road between noon on June 26 and 1 p.m. on July 6.
  • An assault occurred in the 200 block of Vanderbilt Avenue at 8:33 p.m. on July 6.
  • An assault with a dangerous weapon occurred at Woodland Drive at 10:03 p.m. on July 6.
  • Patrick John Martinichio Jr., 42, was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct, misdemeanor misuse of the 911 emergency telephone system and misdemeanor second-degree trespassing on July 4.
  • Juanita Rodriguez, 23, was charged with misdemeanor displaying a fictitious tag or license plate and misdemeanor driving without an operator’s license on July 5.
  • Jacob Scott Pilkington, 29, was charged with felony possession of a schedule I controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor assault on a law enforcement officer and misdemeanor resisting, obstructing or delaying an officer on July 5.
  • Alexandra Lahrue McClain, 23, was charged with misdemeanor second-degree trespassing on July 5.
  • Mary Ann Livengood, 35, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault on July 6.
  • Michael Preston Hancock, 49, was charged with misdemeanor assault on a female and misdemeanor communicating threats on July 6.
  • Rosebeth Geolingo Livengood, 31, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault on July 6.
