In Salisbury Police Department reports:
- A hit and run causing miscellaneous property damage occurred in the first block of Mooresville Road between noon on June 20 and 9:40 a.m. on June 21.
- Miscellaneous property damage occurred in the 1800 block of Jake Alexander Boulevard South at 11:07 a.m. on June 21.
- A larceny occurred in the 100 block of Marriott Circle at 11:30 a.m. on June 21. The total estimated loss was $500.
- A hit and run causing miscellaneous property damage occurred in the 300 block of South Arlington Street between 2:40 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. on June 21.
- Trespassing occurred in the 300 block of South Arlington Street at 9:30 p.m. on June 21.
- Possession of marijuana occurred in the 2000 block of Harrison Road between 11 p.m. and 11:45 p.m. on June 21.
- A larceny occurred in the 1800 block of West Innes Street at 3:45 a.m. on June 22. The total estimated loss was $60.
- A theft of a motor vehicle occurred in the 600 block of Maupin Avenue between 8 p.m. on June 21 and 2 p.m. on June 22.
- Â Shoplifting occurred in the 2100 block of Statesville Boulevard at 7:10 p.m. on June 21. The total estimated loss was $6.
- A burglary by unlawful entry occurred in the 100 block of Union Heights Boulevard between 8 a.m. on June 22 and 9:50 p.m. on June 23. The total estimated loss was $700.
- Shoplifting occurred in the 300 block of South Arlington Street at 10:40 p.m. on June 23. The total estimated loss was $146.
- Vandalism occurred in the 100 block Parrish Street at 11:29 p.m. on June 23.
- Darryl Anthony Jackson, 31, was charged with felony fugitive from justice on June 21.
- Keon Yvette Okelly, 41, was charged with four counts of misdemeanor larceny on June 22.
- Jason Lee Rickard, 46, was charged with misdemeanor violation of a domestic violence protective order on June 22.
- Andre Gerode McDowell, 42, was charged with felony second-degree burglary and misdemeanor simple assault on June 22.
- Jimmy Lee Stapleton, 37, was charged with felony assault or affray on emergency personnel on June 23. Major Justin Crews, public information officer for the police department, said that Stapleton was charged with assaulting security staff at Novant Health Rowan Medical Center.
In Rowan County Sheriff’s Office reports:
- Possession of drugs occurred at West Main Street in Cleveland at 5:54 p.m. on June 20.
- Miscellaneous littering or trash dumping occurred in the 500 block of Powell Road at 9:06 a.m. on June 21.
- Fraud by false pretenses occurred at Shuping Mill Road at 11:42 a.m. on June 22.
- A burglary by unlawful entry and vandalism occurred at Gold Knob Road at 4:48 p.m. on June 22.
- Richard Darryl Pruitt, 56, was charged with misdemeanor assault on a female on June 20.
- Quamaine Derrell Imes, 32, was charged with misdemeanor assault on a female on June 20.
- Justin Gray Morgan, 37, was charged with misdemeanor second-degree trespassing on June 20.
- Joshua Daniel Harrington, 33, was charged with misdemeanor speeding and three counts of misdemeanor carrying a concealed gun on June 20.
- Chavonne Chimere Greer, 42, was charged with misdemeanor resisting, obstructing or delaying an officer on June 21.
- Stephen Arey Daniels, 53, was charged with misdemeanor carrying concealed weapons on June 21.
- James Knox, 18, was charged with misdemeanor second-degree trespassing on June 21.
- Thomas Alexander McIntyre II, 27, was charged with misdemeanor carrying a concealed gun on June 22.
- Tiffany Lynn Smith, 35, was charged with felony larceny of a motor vehicle on June 22.
- Chad Steven Brown, 38, was charged with felony larceny of a motor vehicle and misdemeanor carrying concealed weapons on June 22.
- Andrew Lamar Sims, 30, was charged with misdemeanor resisting a public officer on June 22.
- Trent Tyson Waller, 36, was charged with misdemeanor domestic criminal trespassing, misdemeanor breaking or entering, misdemeanor violation of a domestic violence protective order, felony purchasing a firearm in violation of a domestic violence order and felony possessing a weapon of mass death or destruction on June 22.
