SALISBURY — F&M Bank recently announced the addition of Stephen Bowman in its China Grove office as relationship banking manager and assistant vice president. 

“Stephen brings a wealth of knowledge to F&M Bank with over a decade of experience in the banking industry,” F&M Bank Chairman & CEO Steve Fisher said. “He joins our team with a commitment to building long-lasting relationships with his clients through every stage of their lives.”

Bowman added, “I love being able to help my clients through both the good times and bad. I hope that I am able to provide a calm, caring environment for my clients when they come to see me.”

A press release from the bank described Bowman as “dedicated to building relationships with his clients,” adding that “he’s also excited to start building relationships within the community.”

Prior to his recent move to Cabarrus County, Bowman was a committee member for the Charlotte Area Chamber of Commerce, Young Professionals Group. Bowman indicated that he looks forward to staying true to the F&M Bank tradition of community service as his family lays down roots in Cabarrus County.
