In Salisbury Police Department reports:

• Possession of a dangerous drug occurred in the 400 block of East Innes Street at 5:45 p.m. on June 12.
• Shoplifting occurred in the 300 block of South Arlington Street at 7:10 p.m. on June 12. The total estimated loss was $69.
• Shoplifting occurred in the 300 block of South Arlington Street at 9:15 p.m. onJune 12. The total estimated loss was $25.
• Timothy Ryan Cornelison, 34, was charged with possession of an open container of alcohol in a passenger area on June 12.

In Rowan County Sheriff’s Office reports:

• An assault with a dangerous weapon occurred in the 200 block of Wetmore Road at 2:15 p.m. on June 11.
• Paul Lynn Blackwell, 56, was charged with felony breaking and entering of a building, felony larceny, felony larceny after breaking and entering and felony obtaining property by false pretenses on June 11.
• Tanise Denise Gruber, 60, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault of a handicapped person and misdemeanor communicating threats on June 11.
• Joe Dearl Poole, 74, was charged with misdemeanor assault by pointing a gun on June 11.
