In Salisbury Police Department reports:

• Tampering with motor vehicles occurred in the 300 block of North Fulton Street between 10 p.m. on May 22 and 7:10 a.m. on May 23.
• Fraud by false pretenses occurred in the 300 block of South Arlington Street at 1:30 p.m. on May 23.
• Lawrence Edward Kerr, 37, was charged with felony possessing stolen goods, misdemeanor driving while his license was revoked and misdemeanor operating a vehicle on a highway with an expired tag or registration plate on May 23.

In Rowan County Sheriff’s Office reports:

• Oliver Keith Bowman, 31, was charged with a misdemeanor probation violation on May 22.
• Timothy Ryan Cameron, 40, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor probation violation on May 22.
• Xavier Deion Lowe, 24, was charged with a felony parole violation on May 22.
• Duran Jimal Blanton, 37, was charged with misdemeanor resisting, obstructing or delaying an officer on May 22.
• Eric Eugene King, 48, was charged with felony obtaining property by false pretenses and misdemeanor second-degree trespassing on May 22.
• Kenneth Dawoo Thomas, 28, was charged with second-degree trespassing on May 22.
• Jamie Kevin Stirewalt, 42, was charged with a felony probation violation on May 22.
• Jonathan Scott Whitley, 35, was charged with two felony probation violations and a misdemeanor probation violation on May 22.
• Lisa Winkler Kelley, 61, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault on May 22.
