In Salisbury Police Department reports:

  • A theft of a motor vehicle occurred in the 1200 block of West Fisher Street between midnight on Aug. 15, 2023, and 11:13 a.m. on Aug. 15, 2023. It was reported on May 17, 2024.
  • A larceny from a building occurred in the 700 block of Wesley Drive between 12:18 p.m. on May 9 and 9 a.m. on May 10. It was reported on May 17. The total estimated loss was $1,600.
  • A hit and run causing miscellaneous property damage occurred in the 1300 block of Longview Avenue between 10 a.m. and 1:35 p.m. on May 17.
  • A larceny occurred in the 2200 block of Statesville Boulevard between noon on March 17 and 2 p.m. on May 17. The total estimated loss was $1,140.
  • A burglary by forcible entry occurred in the 100 block of West Miller Street between 12:45 p.m. and 3 p.m. on May 17.
  • Discharging a firearm occurred in the 1700 block of Harrison Road at 4:13 p.m. on May 17.
  • A theft of a motor vehicle occurred in the 600 block of Linn Lane at 9 p.m. on May 17.
  • A theft of a motor vehicle occurred in the 1500 block of North Jackson Street at 11 p.m. on May 17.
  • A theft of a motor vehicle occurred in the 400 block of White Oaks Drive between 9 p.m. on May 13 and 8 a.m. on May 15. It was reported on May 18.
  • Fraud by impersonation occurred in the 1700 block of Bellevue Road between 11 a.m. on Jan. 1 and 9 a.m. on April 29. It was reported on May 18.
  • A larceny from a motor vehicle occurred in the 800 block of South Main Street between 8:45 p.m. on May 17 and 2:21 p.m. on May 18.
  • A hit and run causing miscellaneous property damage occurred in the 700 block of North Long Street at 3:07 p.m. on May 18.
  • A hit and run causing miscellaneous property damage occurred in the 1400 block of South Jake Alexander Boulevard at 7:52 p.m. on May 18.
  • A hit and run causing miscellaneous property damage occurred in the 1000 block of East Innes Street at 10:20 p.m. on May 18.
  • A larceny occurred in the 1500 block of Jake Alexander Boulevard South at 3:59 p.m. on May 19.
  • Possession of a dangerous drug occurred in the 1300 block of Camp Road at 4:24 p.m. on May 19.
  • Vandalism occurred in the 400 block of Morlan Park Road at 8:30 p.m. on May 19.
  • A theft of a motor vehicle occurred in the 1500 block of Jake Alexander Boulevard South at 9 p.m. on May 18. It was reported on May 19.
  • Randi Corrine Davis, 34, was charged with felony possession of a schedule I controlled substance; misdemeanor simple possession of schedule II, III, IV, V or VI controlled substances; and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia on May 17.
  • Erick Gabriel Cueuas Pastrana, 35, was charged with felony possession of a schedule I controlled substance on May 17.
  • Michael Angelo Dehu, 32, was charged with felony possession of a schedule I controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia on May 18.
  • Gary Thomas Bork, 46, was charged with felony simple possession of schedule II, III, IV, V or VI controlled substances and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia on May 18.
  • Avery Marcus Black, 52, was charged with felony identity theft and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia on May 18.
  • Angie Walkeska-Quiroz Giron, 28, was charged with misdemeanor driving after consuming sufficient alcohol; misdemeanor possessing an open container; misdemeanor driving without an operator’s license; misdemeanor displaying a fictitious, revoked or suspended registration; misdemeanor unsafe lane change; and misdemeanor driving with an expired inspection sticker or without a sticker on May 19.

In Rowan County Sheriff’s Office reports:

  • Miscellaneous littering or trash dumping occurred in the 100 block of Myrtle Goodnight Road at 11:26 a.m. on May 16.
  • Counterfeiting occurred in the 100 block of Kress Venture Road between 10 p.m. on May 15 and 9 a.m. on May 16. Reports indicate that 11 counterfeit $100 bills were reported at a Dollar General and confiscated.
  • Forgery occurred in the 1300 block of Gheen Road between noon on April 12 and noon on May 15. It was reported on May 16.
  • A theft of a motor vehicle occurred in the 5800 block of Stokes Ferry Road between 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. on May 15. It was reported on May 16.
  • A 50b weapon seizure occurred at Long Branch Road at 4:57 p.m. on May 16.
  • A larceny occurred in the 800 block of Majolica Road between midnight on May 12 and 7 a.m. on May 13. It was reported on May 17. The total estimated loss was $350.
  • A theft of a motor vehicle occurred at Stirewalt Road at 7:40 a.m. on May 18.
  • A larceny occurred at Goodman Park Road between 8 a.m. and 8:20 a.m. on May 18.
  • A larceny occurred at Webb Road between midnight and 10:22 a.m. on May 18.
  • A burglary by unlawful entry and a theft of a motor vehicle occurred at Clint Drive between 3 a.m. and 4 a.m. on May 16.
  • Floyd Ray Fleeman, 50, was charged with felony disclosing private images of an adult and felony disseminating obscenity on May 16.
  • Victoria Dominque Emmanu King, 28, was charged with misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a minor on May 16.
  • Franklin Oneal Sifford, 39, was charged with felony possession of cocaine; misdemeanor possessing a fictitious or altered title, registration card or tag; and possessing an expired registration card or tag on May 16.
  • Timothy Wayne Kindley, 41, was charged with felony failure to notify of a change of address as a sex offender on May 16.
  • Aaron Loyd McGuire, 30, was charged with misdemeanor driving while impaired, misdemeanor failure to report an accident misdemeanor, reckless driving to endanger and misdemeanor hit and run leaving the scene of property damage on May 17.
  • Michael Jonathan Corne, 43, was charged with felony possession of a stolen vehicle on May 17.
  • Lora Mackey Mann, 43, was charged with misdemeanor second-degree trespassing on May 17.
  • Elijah Lamont Graham, 22, was charged with three counts of misdemeanor violating a domestic violence order and misdemeanor communicating threats on May 18.
  • Stewart Allen Callahan-Fletcher, 18, was charged with misdemeanor contributing to the neglect of a minor on May 18.
  • Christopher Pegram, 46, was charged with misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a minor and misdemeanor assault on a female on May 18.
