In Salisbury Police Department reports:

  • A larceny from a motor vehicle occurred in the 200 block of Castlewood Drive between 11:45 p.m. on April 25 and 6:45 a.m. on April 26. The total estimated loss was $20.
  • Vandalism occurred in the 600 block of West Innes Street between 6:30 p.m. on April 20 and 8 a.m. on April 21. It was reported on April 26.
  • A larceny from a motor vehicle occurred in the 300 block of East Innes Street at 6:25 p.m. on April 26. The total estimated loss was $87.
  • A larceny from a motor vehicle occurred in the 200 block of Emerson Lane between 5 a.m. and 6:30 a.m. on April 26. The total estimated loss was $5.
  • Shoplifting occurred in the 300 block of South Arlington Street at 9 p.m. on April 26. The total estimated loss was $106.
  • Shoplifting occurred in the 300 block of South Arlington Street at 9 p.m. on April 26. The total estimated loss was $47.
  • Miscellaneous property damage occurred in the 1400 block of Old Mocksville Road at 11:10 p.m. on April 26.
  • Damaging or destroying a coin-operated machine occurred in the 100 block of South Avalon Drive between 4:30 a.m. and 6:11 a.m. on April 27.
  • Miscellaneous property damage occurred in the 1100 block of Mocksville Avenue at 7:56 a.m. on April 27.
  • Shoplifting occurred in the 700 block of East Innes Street at 7:23 p.m. on April 27. The total estimated loss was $82.
  • A hit and run causing property damage occurred in the 900 block of Bendix Drive between 7:39 p.m. and 8:10 p.m. on April 27.
  • A hit and run causing property damage occurred in the 1700 block of Mooresville Road at 11:50 p.m. on April 27.
  • A report of a sexual assault was taken in the 1600 block of Brenner Avenue between midnight and 9 a.m. on April 28.
  • Shoplifting occurred in the 300 block of South Arlington Street at 7:50 p.m. on April 28. The total estimated loss was $41.
  • A larceny from a motor vehicle occurred in the 200 block of Castlewood Drive at 8:30 p.m. on April 28. The total estimated loss was $60.
  • A strongarm robbery without a weapon occurred in the 500 block of East Innes Street at 2:30 a.m. on April 29. The total estimated loss was $120.
  • Teyanna Mateese Williams, 28, was charged with misdemeanor resisting, obstructing or delaying a public officer on April 27.
  • Sincere Na-im Davis, 18, was charged with misdemeanor assault on a female on April 28.

  • A larceny occurred in the 4300 block of Trexler Street at 10:46 a.m. on April 25. The total estimated loss was $150.
  • Vandalism occurred in the 2900 block of West Innes Street at 6:15 p.m. on April 25.
  • A larceny from a motor vehicle and credit card fraud occurred in the 100 block of Broom Street between noon on April 10 and 11 a.m. on April 17. It was reported on April 26. The total estimated loss was $664.14.
  • A larceny from a building and a larceny from a motor vehicle occurred in the 1100 block of Bear Poplar Road at 5:20 p.m. on April 26. The total estimated loss was $750.
  • Fraud occurred at Millbridge Road at 8:40 p.m. on April 26.
  • A larceny occurred in the 100 block of Leigh Drive between 4 p.m. on April 25 and 9:30 a.m. on April 26. The total estimated loss was $50.
  • Possession of stolen property occurred and a stolen vehicle was recovered at Cherish Lane between 4:02 p.m. on April 11 and 5:15 a.m. on April 27.
  • Vandalism occurred in the 1000 block of Canoby Court at 12:25 p.m. on April 27.
  • A larceny from a motor vehicle occurred at Miller Road between 4 p.m. on April 26 and 9 a.m. on April 27.
  • A larceny from a building occurred at Eden Park Road between 4:59 p.m. on April 23 and 2:27 p.m. on April 27.
  • Vandalism occurred at Chase Drive between 9:47 p.m. and 10:34 p.m. on April 27.
  • Matthew Lamonte Cowan, 38, was charged with a misdemeanor probation violation out of county on April 25.
  • Jessica Stanes Harris, 40, was charged with misdemeanor larceny on April 25.
  • Lemuel Todd Overcash, 62, was charged with misdemeanor communicating threats on April 25.
  • Birzhan Muratbekov, 32, was charged with misdemeanor resisting, obstructing or delaying an officer on April 25.
  • Donna Rita Lemire, 53, was charged with misdemeanor second-degree trespassing, misdemeanor possession of an open container of alcohol in a passenger area and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia on April 25.
  • Joshua Marcques Byrd Jr., 20, was charged with misdemeanor resisting, obstructing or delaying an officer; misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon; felony possessing stolen goods; and felony possessing a stolen firearm on April 26.
  • Jermayne Tye Wade, 23, was charged with misdemeanor resisting, obstructing or delaying an officer; misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a minor; misdemeanor assault on a female; misdemeanor injury to real property; and misdemeanor communicating threats on April 26.
  • Phyllis Ann Moore, 66, was charged with misdemeanor allowing an unauthorized person to operate a vehicle on April 26.
  • Janautice Ahmiree Parker, 24, was charged with driving while her license was revoked on April 26.
  • Matthew Alan Moore, 40, was charged with misdemeanor unauthorized use of a motor vehicle on April 26.
  • Jason Prince, 38, was charged with misdemeanor domestic criminal trespassing, misdemeanor assault on a female and misdemeanor violating a domestic violence protective order on April 27.
