CONCORD — The Kannapolis teen that went missing earlier this year was found a day after the Concord Police Department requested public assistance to find him.

According to a release from Concord Public Affairs and Project Manager Lindsay Manson, Makil Davis, 16, was reported missing by the Cabarrus County Department of Social Services after he walked away from the Concord Library on Feb. 12.

In an email on Thursday, Concord Communication Specialist Megan Radford said that Davis had been located.
