In Salisbury Police Department reports:

  • A hit and run causing property damage occurred in the 100 block of Yorkshire Drive between 7 p.m. on March 30 and 7 p.m. on March 31. It was reported on April 1.
  • A larceny occurred in the 500 block of North Shaver Street between 11 a.m. on March 31 and 5:58 p.m. on April 1. The total estimated loss was $350.
  • A stolen vehicle was recovered in the 1200 block of Celebration Drive between 2:46 p.m. and 6:55 p.m. on April 1. Police reports indicate that the vehicle was stolen out of Charlotte.
  • A larceny from a motor vehicle occurred in the 600 block of South Ellis Street between 12:05 a.m. and 2 a.m. on April 2. The total estimated loss was $200.
  • Randall Willard, 44, was charged with resisting, delaying and obstructing a public officer and larceny on April 1.

In Rowan County Sheriff’s Office reports:

  • A larceny occurred at Grace Church Road between 10 p.m. on March 30 and 7:30 a.m. on March 31.
  • An assault occurred at Stokes Ferry Road at 6:50 p.m. on March 31.
  • Vandalism occurred at Four Lakes Drive at 6:20 p.m. on March 31.
  • Sherman William Moss, 58, was charged with violating a domestic violence protective order on March 31.
  • Jason Cody Story, 41, was charged with driving while impaired on March 31.
  • Emily Ann Lambert, 41, was charged with breaking and entering of a building on March 31.
  • Daniel Ray Corum, 46, was charged with second-degree trespassing on March 31.
