In Salisbury Police Department reports:

  • A larceny occurred in the 1000 block of East Innes Street at 2:20 a.m. on March 29. The total estimated loss was $82.
  • A hit and run causing property damage occurred in the 400 block of West Council Street between 8 a.m. and 9:20 a.m. on March 29.
  • An assault occurred in the 600 block of East Cemetery Street at 10:35 a.m. on March 29.
  • A theft of a motor vehicle occurred in the 3100 block of Corliss Street at 1 p.m. on March 25. It was reported on March 29.
  • Tampering with a motor vehicle occurred in the 400 block of Wildwood Drive between 7:30 p.m. on March 28 and 1 p.m. on March 29.
  • A larceny occurred in the 2200 block of Statesville Boulevard between 6 p.m. and 6:34 p.m. on March 29. The total estimated loss was $24.
  • An assault occurred in the 300 block of South Caldwell Street at 7:55 p.m. on March 29.
  • A larceny occurred in the 100 block of South Avalon Drive between 6:54 p.m. and 7:55 p.m. on March 29. The total estimated loss was $3,000.
  • Shots fired was reported in the 1100 block of Locke Street at 10:39 p.m. on March 29. Police responded to the area and found two shell casings, but no property damage or injuries were reported, according to a spokesperson for the department.
  • Tampering with a motor vehicle occurred in the 200 block of Castlewood Drive at 1:26 a.m. on March 30.
  • A hit and run causing property damage occurred in the 800 block of Old Concord Road at 2:26 a.m. on March 30.
  • A theft of a motor vehicle occurred in the 100 block of Yorkshire Drive at 4 a.m. on March 30.
  • Tampering with a motor vehicle occurred in the 100 block of Buckingham Place at 4:25 a.m. on March 30.
  • A theft of a motor vehicle occurred in the 100 block of Yorkshire Drive between midnight and 8:45 a.m. on March 30.
  • A larceny from a motor vehicle occurred in the 100 block of Lancelot Road between midnight and 10:30 a.m. on March 30. The total estimated loss was $20.
  • A theft of a motor vehicle occurred in the 100 block of North Main Street between 2:30 a.m. and 12:27 p.m. on March 30.
  • A larceny occurred in the 600 block of East Innes Street between 11:30 a.m. and 1:15 p.m. on March 30. The total estimated loss was $900.
  • A hit and run causing property damage occurred in the 800 block of West Jake Alexander Boulevard at 8:10 p.m. on March 30.
  • Shoplifting occurred in the 300 block of South Arlington Street at 8 p.m. on March 30. The total estimated loss was $80.
  • A larceny of automobile accessories occurred in the 2400 block of Stokes Ferry Road between 8 p.m. on March 30 and 7 a.m. on March 31. The total estimated loss was $30.
  • Vandalism occurred in the 300 block of West Horah Street between 5:30 p.m. on March 28 and 3:30 p.m. on March 31.
  • A larceny occurred in the 400 block of South Jake Alexander Boulevard at 3:50 p.m. on March 31. The total estimated loss was $399.

  • Violation of a domestic violence protective order occurred at West Liberty Street between 2 p.m. on March 5 and 4 p.m. on March 18. It was reported on March 28.
  • Embezzlement by wire, computer or electronic manipulation occurred in the 11200 block of Cool Springs Road between 1:35 p.m. and 8 p.m. on March 27. It was reported on March 28. The total estimated loss was $1,382.
  • A larceny occurred in the 500 block of Hannah Ferry Road between 3 a.m. and 7 a.m. on March 28. The total estimated loss was $500.
  • Fraud by wire, computer or electronic manipulation occurred in the 2900 block of Rockwell Road between noon and 12:45 p.m. on March 28. The total estimated loss was $570.
  • Recovery of stolen property occurred in the 500 block of Hickory Street at 12:16 p.m. on March 28.
  • Possession of drug paraphernalia occurred in the 7800 block of Statesville Boulevard at 3:33 p.m. on March 28.
  • A 50b weapon seizure occurred in the 200 block of North Kayla Drive at 4:34 p.m. on March 28.
  • Littering or trash dumping occurred at Shive Road between 9 a.m. on March 23 and 5 p.m. on March 28.

  • Shoplifting occurred at Long Ferry Road at 3:33 a.m. on March 30.
  • Violation of a domestic violence protective order occurred in the 300 block of Phillips Avenue at 11:26 p.m. on March 30.
  • A stolen vehicle was recovered at Phillips Avenue between 10 p.m. and 11:31 p.m. on March 30.
  • Erica Morgan Thrower, 33, was charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance on the premises of a penal institution on March 28.
  • Amy Renae Davis, 54, was charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance on the premises of a penal institution on March 28.
  • Amber Nicole Richardson, 45, was charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance; possession of a counterfeit controlled substance with intent to sell or distribute; possession of methamphetamine with intent to manufacture, sell or distribute; simple possession of a schedule IV controlled substance; possession of drug paraphernalia; simple possession of a schedule VI controlled substance; and two counts of simple possession of a schedule II controlled substance on March 28.
  • Rakeem De Angelo Wallace, 22, was charged with driving while impaired on March 30.
  • Andrea Joan Winguay, 26, was charged with displaying a fictitious tag or license plate on March 30.
  • Deandra Daimon Crawford, 30, was charged with second-degree trespassing on March 30.
  • Jaszmin Jewliet Mollinedo, 22, was charged with communicating threats on March 30.
  • Jamie Danelle Pulliam, 47, was charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and possession of marijuana drug paraphernalia on March 30.
