In Salisbury Police Department reports:

• Possession of drugs occurred in the 400 block of East Horah Street at 11 a.m. on March 27.
• Fraud occurred in the 900 block of South Fulton Street between 1 a.m. on Jan. 30 and 11:02 a.m. on March 27. The total estimated loss was $101.
• Shoplifting occurred in the 100 block of Mahaley Avenue at 12:54 p.m. on March 27. The total estimated loss was $100.
• Shoplifting occurred in the 300 block of South Arlington Street at 1:10 p.m. on March 27. The total estimated loss was $104.
• Chancellor Najee Rankin, 22, was charged with a felony probation violation on March 27.
• Lewis Howard Hughes, 36, was charged with resisting, delaying or obstructing a public officer and second-degree trespassing on March 27.

In Rowan County Sheriff’s Office reports:

• Littering or trash dumping occurred at Lentz Road at 10:25 a.m. on March 26.
• A larceny occurred at Holland Drive at 10:19 a.m. on March 26.
• A stolen vehicle was recovered in the 900 block of Webb Road at 4:23 p.m. on March 26.
• Vandalism occurred at Dogwood Drive between 4 p.m. and 5:15 p.m. on March 26.
• Carson Dennis Tate Jr., 55, was charged with second-degree trespassing and resisting, obstructing or delaying an officer on March 26.
