• A victim’s rental car was reportedly shot into on I-85 North around 1:48 p.m. on March 19.
• Larceny reportedly occurred on Tingle Drive in Salisbury between 10:49-11:01 a.m. on March 19.
• Edward Otis Ramos, 31, was charged with failure to appear on March 19.
• Octavious Smith, 34, was charged with failure to appear, possession of a schedule-I controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance in a penal institution on March 19.
• Lee Matthew Fesperman, 21, was charged with communicating threats on March 19.
• Billy Ray McIntyre, 63, was charged with tampering with a vehicle on March 19.
• Mia Danielle White, 25, was charged with driving while license revoked on March 19.
• Christopher Jerome Toomer Sr., 36, was charged with injury to personal property and injury to real property on March 19.
