Second Presbyterian Church, 732 Lincolnton Road in Salisbury, will be hosting a free community pancake breakfast on March 23 from 8-11 a.m.

James Harley, who serves as pastor of the local congregation, said to his knowledge, “this will be our first pancake breakfast, but not the last.”

He shared that he anticipates doing more community events as it has been his goal as a pastor to engage in the community in a positive way and for the church “to be a beacon of hope to Salisbury.”
