Lightning after the third of five scrimmages sent fans and players toward the Ludwig Stadium exit gates early Friday night. But the second Rowan County Football Jamboree at Salisbury High School also gave Rowan County fans the first taste of high school competition for the upcoming season. Last year’s games were called off when COVID-19 doomed fall football.
