In arrest warrants

• Terry Lynn Covello, 34, of Collettsville, was charged by the Rowan County Sheriff’s Office with misdemeanor breaking and entering.

• Rebecca Kay Meade, 42, was charged by the Salisbury Police Department with misdemeanor resist, obstruct, delay an officer; misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, felony possession of cocaine. She allegedly was in possession of a metal smoking pipe. Police were investigating a report of a robbery.

• Dalton Majeed Khan, 24, of Brookslink Road, Rockwell, was charged by Salisbury Police Department with felony possession of a schedule II controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and felony possession of methamphetamine. He was in possession of a green glass pipe and two syringes.

• Alvin Charleston, 59, of Stokes Ferry Road, was charged with felony maintaining a vehicle or dwelling place for a controlled substance, felony possession of drug paraphernalia, felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a schedule II controlled substance and felony possession of a schedule II controlled substance. According to an arrest warrant, Charleston was in possession of 12.7 grams of crack cocaine and a pipe.
