Salisbury Police Department reports

• A 19-year-old reported to Salisbury police on Wednesday that someone broke into his Economy Inn hotel room.

• A 15-year-old reported on Wednesday his stepfather punched him and choked him while at their home in the 1700 block of North Long Street.

• A woman reported on Wednesday someone broke into her vehicle while parked in the 600 block of Cherry Street.

In Rowan County Sheriff’s Office reports

• A man reported on Tuesday he was the victim of larceny in the 100 block of Beechwood Drive.

• A man reported on Tuesday his vehicle was broken into while parked in the 700 block of Crawford Road.

• A man reported on Tuesday he was the victim of a break-in while in the 2000 block of West C Street, Kannapolis.

• A man reported on Tuesday he was the victim of a break-in at his home in the 100 block of Oslo Lane.
