Blotter: Kannapolis home broken into, vandalized

KANNAPOLIS — An attorney who is over the estate of a Kannapolis home reported that someone vandalized the property. There was a recent estate sale at the home, according to Rowan sheriff’s officials.

The home, located in the 8400 block of Aqua Lane, was broken into sometime between March 23 and March 24. The incident was reported on Tuesday.

• Aman reported on Tuesday he was the victim of an assault while in the 2900 block of Panther Creek Road.

• A woman reported on Tuesday someone broke into her home located in the 5900 block of Wright Road, Kannapolis.

• Kayla Danielle Eagle, 29, was charged on Tuesday with simple assault while in the 2900 block of Panther Creek Road.
