Letter: Taxes won’t decrease after bond paid for

I can not believe the bond referendum passed.

This is what the N.C. lottery should be for. Rowan-Cabarrus Community College is a state-funded school. The funds should come from the state.

Why are our taxes going up in Rowan County for something that is the responsibility of the state? Our taxes have never been reduced after the bonds were paid off with each bond that has been voted for in the past. Think about it folks, you will never see a penny of your tax money reduced after this bond is paid off.
