It’s going to be another sunny day, but still cold, with a high of 45 and north northeast wind at 6-8 mph.

Tonight will be partly cloudy with a low of 24 and light north wind.

Clouds move in on Thursday, with a high of 48 and east wind around 5 mph.

Thursday night will have a 30 percent chance of precipitation, possibly starting with freezing rain between 2 and 3 a.m., then rain. It will be mostly cloudy and 33, with northeast wind around 6 mph after midnight. Less than a tenth of an inch is expected.

Friday will have a 90 percent chance of rain, starting around 8 a.m. It will also be windy, with northeast wind at 6-9 mph shifting to the east southeast and gusting to 18 mph. The high will be 50.
