STATESVILLE — A 12-year-old from Statesville has been reported missing after a family member saw her get into a car on Jan. 5 around midnight.

Albree Brooke Gallimore, 12, of Sonja Drive, Statesville, is about 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing about 100 pounds. She has brown hair usually worn in a top bun, and brown eyes She wears post earring in the upper cartilage and both earlobes.

A family  member reported to the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday that they saw her leave the Sonja Drive home and get into a dark, older model sedan driven by an unknown black male around midnight.

The girl was last believed to be in the area of Douglas Street in Statesville, but could be in the Park Drive area.

She has been entered into the national database and reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
