The PawBrokers jewelry party has become an important fundraiser for Faithful Friends Animal Sanctuary.

PawBrokers is a “pay it forward” jewelry party provided by Roxanne Blake. She collects, cleans and polishes donated fine, costume and fun jewelry. It is then displayed in a huge party with reasonable prices. All proceeds are donated to animal rescue organizations such as Faithful Friends Animal Sanctuary.

This year, Faithful Friends is featuring a Preview Premier Party today from 5 to 8 p.m. at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, 131 W. Council St. For $5, guests can get first pick of the jewelry while enjoying holiday music with wine and hors d’oeuvres served by gentlemen in bow ties and cummerbunds. The jewelry show will reopen Saturday, Dec. 7, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The PawBrokers Party offers Christmas shopping at its best, and donations of jewelry for future parties will be accepted on site.

Faithful Friends Animal Sanctuary offers a safe haven for homeless cats and dogs, providing care and nurturing while seeking permanent homes. The sanctuary’s commitment is for the life of each animal rescued and animals are spayed and neutered for their health and the benefit of our community. For more information about Faithful Friends, call 704-633-1722, visit faithfulfriendsnc.org or search Faithful Friends Animal Sanctuary, Salisbury NC on Facebook.
