EAST SPENCER – The Rowan County Environmental Management Office and Processing Center will close at 1 p.m. Wednesday and remain closed Thursday and Friday for the Thanksgiving holiday.

The center will reopen on Dec. 2.

The Julian Road Recycling Center will close at 1 p.m. Wednesday and remain closed Thursday and Friday. It will reopen Saturday.

All other recycling centers will be closed Friday and reopen Saturday.

The landfill will be closed Thursday and reopen Friday.
