The Rowan County Chapter of the Autism Society of North Carolina will have a coffee social and sharing time for individuals impacted by autism from 10 to 11 a.m., Saturday, Nov. 2, at Koco Java, 329 N. Main St., Salisbury.

Individuals will have the opportunity to share their experiences, ask questions and make connections. The group will meet at the big table in the coffee shop.

The Rowan County Chapter was formed by local parents and care providers who have life experiences with autism. It is supported by the Autism Society of North Carolina, which has as its mission “to provide support and promote opportunities than enhance the lives of individuals within the autism spectrum and their families.”
