We can be thankful as Rowan County citizens that we have such an astute Board of Commissioners.

I was blessed to be present on September 16th for the four-hour-long meeting to hear the keen judgment in questions asked by our county commissioners and addressed to the group of solar “experts” assembled to gain approval to go forward with the solar project.
