Biz Roundup: Rowan EDC to host program on hiring strategies

SALISBURY – “How to Thrive in a Tight Labor Market” is the topic of a program to be held at the Gateway Building, located at 204 E. Innes St., from 7 to 8:30 a.m. Wednesday.
Roger Collins of Siemens Energy will speak on human resource strategies to attract and retain talented employees.
Collins will take questions and lead an open discussion with a workforce development panel.
The program will include networking with breakfast and light refreshments.
The program is hosted by the Rowan Economic Development Corp. along with education and workforce partners as part of National Manufacturing Month.
