Symposium on Parkinson’s disease coming Oct. 8

SALISBURY — Rowan County’s third annual Parkinson’s symposium, “Learn to Live Your Best Life With Parkinson’s,” is scheduled for Oct. 8 at First Presbyterian Church.
The symposium will be from 9 a.m. to noon, with registration at 8 a.m. Dr. Laxman Bahroo, a movement specialist from Georgetown University, will be the keynote speaker.
