SALISBURY — Authorities seized more than 100 doses of the psychedelic drug LSD at a Spence Drive home.

The Rowan County Sheriff’s Office arrested Jacob Elliot Errante, 25, on felony drug-trafficking charges. His home is in the 300 block of Spence Drive in the Lansdowne subdivision off Old Mocksville Road.

Errante was arrested Thursday evening and was later released on bond. He appeared in court Friday morning.

Rowan County detectives and agents with the SBI were at the home Thursday evening collecting evidence.

Rowan investigators said in addition to confiscating LSD, also known as acid, they seized DMT or dimethyltryptamine, also a psychedelic drug.

According to the arrest warrant, Errante had “100 or more but less than 500 dosage units of LSD.”
