The week is going to start off hot, with a high of 90 today. By midweek, we’ll see more hints of fall, but by next weekend, temperatures rise again.

Today will be sunny and 90, with calm wind becoming north northeast around 5 mph. It is a Code Yellow air quality day for ground level ozone.

Tonight will be mostly clear and 66, with calm wind.

Tuesday will be mostly sunny and 86, with a 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 1 p.m. Winds will be calm, then east northeast around 6 mph in the afternoon.

Tuesday night will be mostly cloudy and 63, with a 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, then showers after 11 p.m. Less than a tenth of an inch of rain is expected. Winds will be east northeast at 6-8 mph.

Wednesday will be partly sunny and 78, with a 20 percent chance of showers before 2 p.m. Winds will be  northeast at 6-8 mph. Wednesday night will be mostly clear and 56.

Thursday will be sunny and 77, with a low of 54 under mostly clear skies.

Friday will be sunny and 80. The low will be 57, with mostly clear skies.

Saturday will be sunny and 85, with a low of 61.
