From the ground up: Work continues on Bell Tower Green

Grading continues at the site of the Bell Tower Green park in downtown Salisbury.
Workers used heavy equipment to move soil in an effort to contour the property for drainage.
During the process, an underground storage tank for home heating oil was discovered, which caused extra work.
A 6-foot-tall screen soon will be erected around the property to lessen dust in the area.
After the ground work is complete, underground utility lines will be installed.
