Emmitt Clay
A son, Emmitt Clay, was born to Neal and Katelin Clay of Statesville on Monday, Aug. 12, 2019 at Davis Regional Medical Center. He weighed 8 pounds, 15 ounces. He has two siblings, Whitley, 6 and Nora, 4. Grandparents are Dean and Debbie Clay of Concord and Johnnie and Renae File of Rockwell. Great-grandparents are Billie Jordan of Concord, Stan and Vicki Bassinger of Salisbury and Johnnie and Lorene File of Salisbury.
