Letter: Death is great loss for all involved

We read the comments of Ms. Lorraine Williams to a Post reporter on Tuesday in the story “Murder linked to domestic violence” and we’re so sorry for her loss.

We too have suffered a tremendous loss. Our beloved nephew Eric Ingram’s life will never be the same because of Williams’ grandson, Antonio Killebrew. Although I’m sure he was beloved by Williams, please know that our Eric is just as beloved to us, his family.

We will not let him be portrayed as some kind of monster because he is not.

Eric’s mother, Valeria “Val” B. Turner passed away on August 13, 2017, and because of Killebrew’s treatment of Brittany, she did not allow him at her house.

Approximately four months after she passed away, Killebrew moved in and the problems started soon after.

He came in with a “take-over spirit,” doing anything that he wanted.

There are no winners, for all of our lives have been impacted forever.
