I just want to say thank you to the three letter writers in Sunday’s Salisbury Post.

All three letters covered different important topics. I just hope we can learn from and not repeat one of the darkest chapters in history.

Also, I call on fellow Christians to pray and remember Jesus’ Second Commandment — to love our neighbors as ourselves. Illegal immigration is wrong and should not be encouraged since we are a nation of laws. However, our approach to solving this terrible problem should be based on love and compassion, not fear and hate.
