Letter: Democrats insult as Trump makes America great

I do not think I have ever read a more left-leaning Post opinion page than Sunday.

The president is a racist, white America is racist, the Fame statue is racist and Jesus, Mary and Joseph were compared to the illegal immigrants storming or borders.

Democrats love to name call those that disagree with them. Remember how they talked about Ronald Reagan, both Bushes, Mitt Romney and, yes, even John McCain (the ways they insulted him were somehow forgotten when he died).

I do not want to remember how they went after Sarah Palin and Dan Quayle. The difference is that we now have a president who will fight back.

Despite how the media has gone after the President since the day he announced his candidacy,  “libs” need to remember what we conservatives know for a fact. The economy is great. North Korea is no longer launching missiles over Japan. The Iranians are frustrated in their goal of “nuking up.” The chaos on our southern border is being addressed instead of being ignored or kicked down the road.

In short, we have a President who made specific promises and has done his very best to keep them with very little help from fellow Republicans.

Democrats have nothing to offer but hatred for the president. Keep it up. We can’t wait to re-elect the president.

I am planning on attending his second inaugural. I think I will wear my “Make American Great Again” hat and my Betsy Ross flag shirt.
